ARE THE INFLATABLES/EQUIPMENT FULLY INSURED?
Yes. We are insured for public liability to £5m.
THERE IS NO ELECTRICITY AVAILABLE, HOW DO WE INFLATE THE EQUIPMENT?
We stock a range of petrol blowers and generators. Please enquire at the time of booking. A small charge will be added to the booking for these items.
IF IT RAINS, WHAT DO WE DO?
Most of our castles come with a rain or sun cover. If the weather is extreme, then cancellation is acceptable. We will contact you on the day of hire to ascertain if you still require the equipment.
The inflatables will work perfectly in rain, as long as the electric sockets are inside or under cover.
HOW DO WE PAY?
Some items may require a deposit. Payment will be on the day of hire by cash. Bank transfer or cheque accepted seven days prior to the event.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO HIRE OVERNIGHT?
Yes. Overnight hires are available, subject to an extra charge and weather conditions. Location and security deposit apply.
ARE THERE ANY DISCOUNTS?
Discounts are given when 2 or more items are hired. Also when the item is hired for 2 consecutive days or more. Loyalty discounts do apply. A percentage discount is given to returning customers.
ARE THERE ANY DELIVERY CHARGES?
Delivery, setup and collection are included in the price within a 10 mile radius. Out of this a small delivery charge will apply.

All of our units are fully insured and tested (which is a legal requirement). Although you may find a slightly cheaper alternative, always ask the other hirers for documentation of these before booking
